                                  Course description

Law Enforcement Casualty Care (LECC) is a series of internationally recognized medical training courses designed exclusively for law enforcement professionals operating in high-threat environments. LECC integrates proven principles from military medicine, law enforcement operations, and pre-hospital emergency medical services to deliver mission-relevant medical training tailored to the realities of modern policing.

The LECC OP-MED course represents the highest level within the LECC program. This advanced course integrates law enforcement medicine into complex tactical scenarios, requiring operators to apply sound tactics while simultaneously solving critical medical problems under stress. Students are challenged to manage casualty care during dynamic operations, prolonged missions, and high-risk environments where traditional medical response is delayed or unavailable.

Training is delivered through state-of-the-art, high-fidelity simulation systems, reality-based scenario training, and a live-fire medical range. These immersive training methods prepare both operators and team medics to provide continued care during high-threat and prolonged tactical operations.

This course ensures all team members develop a strong medical foundation while providing team medics the opportunity to fully exercise their advanced skill sets in hyper-realistic, scenario-driven training and live-fire environments.
